Small Grading and Land Clearing in Spartanburg, SC
Lot clearing, brush removal, small grading, and the kind of dirt work that gets a property ready for the next step.

What Small Grading Includes
Our small grading and land clearing service covers the dirt work that most homeowners and small contractors need. That includes brush removal, lot clearing for new builds, rough grading for sheds and outbuildings, smoothing out yard and driveway rough spots, and supplemental grading work on larger commercial sites.
We run a skid steer with the right attachments for clearing and grading work. For jobs that need a dozer, an excavator, or engineered site work, we will tell you when a larger contractor is the right call.
Spartanburg County has plenty of wooded lots that need clearing before a new home, shop, or addition goes in. We clear them, rough-grade them, and leave the site ready for the next trade.
Our Process
- Walk the site. We look at the slope, the soil, what needs to come off, and what stays.
- Clear brush and debris. Small trees, brush, and junk piles come off first.
- Cut and fill. We move dirt to get the rough grade right. Low spots fill, high spots come down.
- Final grade and smooth. The skid steer smooths it out so the site is ready for the next step.
- Haul off debris. Brush, stumps (where we can pull them), and junk leave with us.
Why Spartanburg Homeowners Call Us
“Brandon has taken care of all kinds of work for myself and my company for the last 2 years with great care, diligence, and professionalism. I would recommend him and his guys to anyone looking for yard work done around the house to anyone looking for commercial grading supplemental work performed.”- Adam M.
What Drives the Cost
Cost depends on the size of the lot, the density of what needs to be cleared, and how far the debris has to be hauled. A lightly wooded half acre is very different from a heavily overgrown acre full of junk piles.
We will look at the property and give you a clear written quote before any work starts.
